Amy Seigenthaler Pierce , President, has extensive experience in national and international strategic communications, media relations and diplomacy.  
 
Amy oversees national projects, campaigns and client services for SPR.  Previously, she was Senior Vice President at Rasky Baerlein Strategic Communications of Boston, where she ran the firm's Washington, D.C. office and Science, Healthcare and Technology Practice.  She also was Special Aide and Speechwriter to U.S. Ambassador Jean Kennedy Smith at the U.S. Embassy in Dublin during five critical years in the Irish peace process.  Additionally, she has worked as a newspaper journalist in the Boston area.  
 
Amy graduated from Boston College with a degree in English and a minor in American Studies.  She also studied English literature at the University of Canterbury, England.  A member of PRSA, she serves on the board of Camp Marymount and is an active advisor for the U.S.-Ireland Alliance.
